Your electronic contact details are stored on our CRM systems, and our Clinic Management software system Shedul. The software providers are GDPR compliant for your data protection.

All marketing and promotional content is created in-house by our team.

Any personal and medical information we hold for you offline (i.e your treatment records) will be stored in a secure and locked filing cabinet in a private office, accessed only by staff of 3D Lipo Stratford upon Avon.

We are required by law to keep your records for a minimum of 10 yrs after which time it can be securely destroyed.
